With Eagle Eye Partners, you know exactly who's stepping in: Zac Harrison. I'll personally operate the business day-to-day, learn it from you during a transition period, and commit to protecting your team, your customers, and your reputation. You'll also have the opportunity to get to know me personally before making any decisions.

How will you determine what my business is worth?

We use industry-standard valuation methods - typically a multiple of your company's earnings (EBITDA) combined with a detailed analysis of your cash flows, growth trajectory, and market position. In plain terms: we look at how much your business earns, how reliable those earnings are, and what the future looks like. Our goal is always a fair price that reflects the true value of what you've built.

What happens to my employees after the sale?

Your people are the reason your business works. Our plan is to retain your team, invest in their development, and earn their trust over time. We're not coming in to make sweeping changes or cut headcount - we want to build on the foundation you've created.

Will you relocate to run my business?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. I am fully prepared to relocate wherever your business is based. Running a business remotely isn't my style - I believe in being present, accessible, and part of the community.

Can I stay involved after the sale?

Accepted Answer

That's entirely up to you. Some owners prefer a clean break, while others want to stay involved in an advisory or part-time capacity during the transition. We're flexible and will work with you to design an arrangement that matches your goals.

What if I'm not ready to sell yet?

That's completely normal - and more common than you might think. We're happy to have an introductory conversation with no strings attached. Many of the best relationships start well before a sale is on the table. When the time is right, you'll already know us.

How long does the whole process take?

From our first conversation to closing, the process typically takes 3 to 6 months. We move efficiently but never rush - this is too important for both of us.
