The person behind the partnership
I am an entrepreneur at heart who has spent my career getting closer to operations and building the skills to lead a business. I founded Eagle Eye Partners to acquire and grow one exceptional business, with a commitment to honouring its legacy and the people who built it.
Professional Background
I began my career at Deloitte in the Audit & Corporate Finance practices, where I worked alongside Fortune 500 companies and founder-led businesses alike. It was there that I developed a deep appreciation for how businesses truly work: their operations, their people, and the numbers that tell their story. It was also there that I earned my CPA designation and discovered my passion for founder-led and family-owned businesses that form the backbone of the economy.

I then spent three years in Investment Banking at TD Securities, advising clients across a wide range of industries on capital raises and transformational M&A transactions. There, I gained the deal-making experience and discipline required to see complex transactions through from start to finish.

Most recently, I was at Imperial Capital, a mid-market private equity firm, where I sharpened my investor and owner mindset working predominantly with skilled trade and field service businesses. I worked directly alongside management teams as a thought partner, helping develop and execute strategies that created lasting value.

The through-line across all three: a relentless drive to get closer to the operator's seat and have the greatest possible impact on the businesses I work with. Eagle Eye Partners is the natural next step. It's the opportunity to go all in, roll up my sleeves, and dedicate 100% of my energy to one business and one team.
Personal Story
Growing up, some of my closest friends came from families that had built and run businesses across generations. I deeply admired those families: the pride they took in what they'd created, the livelihoods they supported, the communities they shaped, and the legacies they worked so hard to protect and pass on. That upbringing shaped a conviction that has stayed with me ever since: that great businesses deserve great stewards, and that the right successor can honour everything a founder worked to build.

Born in Vancouver and with deep roots in Calgary, I now call Toronto home. When I'm not working, you'll find me out on a run, on his road bike or, if I'm lucky, carving turns at Kicking Horse. I am supported every step of the way by my fiancée Holly, and at my best surrounded by friends and family.

- Avid runner and road cyclist: currently training for my first marathon
- Biggest passion: skiing at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort in Golden, BC
- I love the outdoors: completed a 33-day canoe trip to Hudson Bay
- Travel enthusiast: explored 30+ countries across Asia, Europe, and South America
